West Middlewick's traditional family farm and shop is run by John, Jo, Catherine, Abi and Dan. Their grass-fed cows and other animals largely roam the green fields around the farm giving their raw milk and produce its authentic free-range label.

Most of the animal fodder is grown and harvested on the farm. They plant meadows with wildflowers, look after trees which are several hundred years old and maintain hedgerows so that they are full of food and shelter for wildlife.
