Having caught and so been monitoring Spearmint's seasons since early Summer (see netry on 6th), we missed the last one but thankfully caught up again this month and so today, John from Genus turned up and AI-ed her for us. We were a bit anxious as she is small but having talked to the Reed family (our Dexter gurus) we concluded that she just has a lot more 'Short legged Dexter' in her than her mum and that accounts for her size. John was more than happy with her too so we breathed a sigh of relief and fingers are now crossed that we can go for a hat trick and have 100% AI success rate again this year.
