Andrew was over today to do his weekly bee check, the number of bees has already grown hugely since he installed the hive here back in June (20th). He has already had to add a 'super' with additional frames. Next year we want to make up half a dozen grow bags around our smallholding and sew the same seeds (peas or beans maybe), then position them varying distances from the bee hive(s) and see if the resulting veg is any different (re quantity). Could be a fascinating study!!
