Napoloena has once again proved herself to be a great mum and so today, confident she was bonded with her poults and they were strong, we allowed then outside into the poultry paddock. What a fabulous sight to watch her elegantly saunter off into the long grass, tail outstretched and keeping a constant flow of noise so her poults knew where she was at all times. The size difference with turkeys compared to chickens and their chicks, ducks and their duckings, is what makes such a sight even more delightful. Fingers crossed they all keep up and the corvids keep their distance!!
