As the photo shows, we are having a cracking autumn so far – plenty of warm sunny days, we have all sorts of plants still flowering, the swallows have only just left and we still have plenty of grass! It is a far cry from last year when we were very wet underfoot and wondering how much longer we could carry on having stock in the 3 acre fields. We were also feeding a lot of hay which we aren’t yet really doing this year.
We wonder how long this will all continue...
