The many faces of Parsley!! It’s amazing what the camera captures in a split second that you don’t actually see in real time!! And great news: Caraway began bulling on Saurday and so Mr AI man came out and inseminated her. She was, as we witnessed, very tight and it took John a while to get the semen inside her. It’s all a bit undignified for the animal with one arm inside her rectum (to locate the cervix from above through the rectal wall) and the free hand then inserting the straw into her vagina. It would be difficult to perform AI without our cattle crush, that’s for sure!
So, just Thyme to go now – we have seen no signs from her at all but time is still on our side.. for now!!
