The lamb races have started and with full access to the goat playground too, the lambs are making the most of it. The favourite game is to run down to the bottom corner by the poultry paddock, back up along the fence line and then finishing with a leap or six up on to the goat pallets. Currently, it's just the older six taking part as at just 5 days oldd, Whalsay's ram lamb is a tad too little still! They can run at quite a pace it has to be said. The best thing is when the alpacas join in – and by alpacas we usually mean Neptune – he is SUCH a big kid at times!!!
