Mud (again!!)
A night of rain and we can officially announce that the mud is winning!!! (well in places..)
The photo shows quite a green looking field but the insert shows what the gateway (just out of shot behind the hay bale) is really like. And the gateway at the bottom (left hand side of photo) is worse!!! BUT as February turns into March and temperatures start to rise, the grass growth will increase, the water will drain and get taken up by those hungry roots and we WILL get drier!!!
It truly has been a long, long winter.
