Our ‘green lunch’ with our first melons from the greenhouse. When we peeled them, the sweet smell was just gorgeous and we had a taste to match. We are also chuffed to have a fair few apples from our trees in the green lane. We weren’t expecting many as the trees have only been planted this year so it’s a bonus really!!!
The most shocking news though is that for the first time in weeks and weeks the greenhouse did not have any cucumbers for us!!! Lunch was just not quite the same!!
